Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. Please note that tuition is not adjusted for absences, holidays, school closures, or vacations.
Admission Policies
We accept children ages 2-5 years.
Complete registration packets, up to date immunizations, and registration fee must be returned prior to entry.
Registration is non-refundable
Tuition is due in full on the first working day of each month. A five (5) day grace period is offered. A $35.00 fee will be assessed for all tuition not paid by the end of the grace period.
An annual registration fee of $125.00, as well as a $25.00 fee for napping supplies (full day only) is due at the time of registration.
Tuition rates are calculated based on a full year with staffing and service availability considered in this cost. LifeBridge does NOT offer a “pay for use only” service. There are NO discounts, refunds or care exchanges given for holidays and/or school closures issued by the Preschool. There are no discounts, refunds or care exchanges for absences, vacations, unscheduled days/hours or other disruptions in service implemented by the family of students
A $49.00 fee will be charged for all returned or declined payments.
Any hours beyond enrichment only will be billed at a rate of $6.00 per hour when agreement is for ‘enrichment only’ or ‘lunch bunch’ only. Additional days of care are based on availability and billed at $37.00 per day for full day care and $23.00 per day for enrichment only. All additional costs will be due at the 1st of the month immediately following the use of services
Notice must be given to Preschool staff time of drop off in order to include ‘lunch bunch’ to your child’s day. A charge of $6.00 per lunch will be billed for additional lunches.
Written and/or verbal notice must be given to the Preschool office two weeks prior to withdrawal of child from the school. Full payment is due for the entire two week period with or without notice and no refunds in tuition will be issued for this time.
The school closes promptly at 6:00 p.m. each night and all students must be picked up by this time. A fee of $1.00 per minute is due to the staff on duty at the time of late pick up beginning at 6:00 p.m. Failure to pay immediately to staff on duty will result in a full late fee and an additional $25.00 for all late pick up days and will be due within the next billing cycle.
